Lilly was incredibly professional, yet also warm, caring, and genuinely empathetic. I felt safe with her, like I could finally let go and fully relax in her massage chair. The tension in my body slowly melted away, and I could feel my energy beginning to move again—softly, gently. One of the hardest things (and blessings) for me in this life is how sensitive I am; my body tends to absorb the energies around me, especially when I’m overwhelmed and can’t quite access the tools that usually help me cope.
